The No Smoking Rule was adopted at the February 17, 2022 meeting. You may visit the Resident Portal for a copy of the new rule in it’s entirety.

Trash containers may be placed out a maximum of 24 hours before and after pick up, and must be stored out of view after pick up. Containers cannot be stored on your enclosed patio area, next to your garage door or any area visible to the common area for prolonged periods.

All decorations are permitted up to 30 days prior to the holiday and must be removed within 10 days after the holiday.  All holiday decorations celebrating holidays in December and January must be removed by January 10 of each year (weather permitting).
