In 2022 the Association has a few community projects planned. We will be scheduling the required 5 Year Sprinkler Certification service. This requires your cooperation as interior unit access is necessary. We are looking to have some asphalt work done, some major tree removals and community building painting. Notification will be provided with details as they come available.

The 2022 Community Budget has been approved and should be received by mail prior to 11/30/21. An increase of no more than 20% is permissible annually. After fully examining the current expenses and the Association’s Reserve Funding status, the Board of Directors determined an increase of close to 20% was necessary. This increase will assist in continuing to adequately fund the reserves and provide funds for routine operating cost. The Board of Directors continues to vet the current service providers to assure competitive rates are secured as well as assuring contracted services are being provided.
