Please submit your ballot. Ballots were mailed 3/21. If you can’t find your ballot you may contact our office for a replacement. The annual meeting requires a quorum of 50% of the members to hold the annual meeting. If we do not achieve quorum. We will have to adjourn the meeting not less than 5 days and no more than 30 days from April 21, 2022.

The monthly assessments have increased to $326.00 per month. Please make sure you adjust your payments accordingly. You may sign up for auto pay by visiting your Resident Portal.

The Board is working on changes to the existing parking rules to align with the CC & R’s of the community. The proposed changes will be discussed at the April 21, 2022 meeting.
