In addition, there was a change to the Parking Rules to conform with the CC & R requirements. Notification will be sent via mail and email. The rule will be adopted June 30, 2022.

At the June meeting the Board plans to discuss the contracts for Community Painting

We were not successful in achieving quorum to count ballots at the Meeting held May 17, 2022. However, we did receive a resignation from the Board and resolved to appoint the vacant seat with the Annual Meeting Candidate. We welcome Katherine Seabaugh to the Board who will serve until our Annual Election next year along with the two existing Board Members, Brandon Korngold and Jerith Harrold.

The Annual Meeting was adjourned for lack of quorum. A quorum of 51% of the 111 owners is required to achieve quorum. We received 26 ballots. The percent for the adjourned annual reduces to 25%. The adjourned annual is scheduled for May 17, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. If you have not mailed your ballot, you still have time. Please do so prior to May 10, 2022 to provide sufficient time for receipt by the Inspector, HOA Election Guys.
