June Updates & Reminders

  • At the the June 13, 2024 meeting the new special assessment passed overwhelmingly. A notice and further information will be sent to you via paper mail and/or email shortly. The new special assessment will begin August 1, 2024.
  • Accurate Termite is currently in progress of a second termite inspection. If you have not yet signed up please do so immediately via https://termite.work/passeggiomaintenance/.
  • As a reminder, Passeggio is a smoke free Community. Please do not smoke within the boundaries of the Community.
  • The speed limit for Electric Bikes is 5MPH throughout the Community. Please ensure you are abiding by this rule in an effort to keep all residents safe.
  • Please ensure you are picking up after your pets and keeping them on leash at all times.

Special Assessment Ballot Update

The Association is very close to achieving quorum as 50 ballots out of the needed 57 have been submitted. Please submit your ballot as instructed on the voting materials received in early March of 2024. If you have any questions or have misplaced your ballot, please do reach out to Management at aburdick@actionlife.com. The ballots will be counted on the 13th of June if quorum is met. Without quorum, no ballots can be opened so please do your part in mailing your ballot no matter your vote.

Annual Termite Treatment

Accurate Termite and Pest Control will be onsite 1/22/24 posting notices. Treatment inspections will start February 8, 2024. If you have any questions please contact Accurate Termite and Pest Control.

Annual Meeting Notice

The candidates for the Board of Directors are:

There are no candidates for the District Delegate.
At the Annual Meeting, additional nominations will be taken from the floor for candidates to serve on the Board. Each nominee will be given a chance to present a brief speech on his/her qualifications for consideration.
IT IS IMPORTANT that you either attend the Annual Meeting or return your Ballot since a quorum (50% of the voting power of the members – 56 members) must be present either in person or represented by secret ballot to conduct the annual meeting. (Bylaws, Article IV, Section 5)
The board may call a subsequent meeting (an “adjourned meeting”) at least 20 days after the scheduled election if quorum is not reached, at which time the quorum will be 20%.
Ballots will be distributed approximately 30 days from the date of this letter. If quorum is achieved and Directors are elected, there will be an Organizational Meeting of the Board of Directors immediately following the Annual Meeting to appoint officers.
