We have not achieved quorum for the Special Assessment Ballot. We still need 10 more ballots. Please mail your ballot as we will be extending the time for receipt until early February.

The Board has submitted communication via email concerning the recent unanticipated insurance premium increase. At the last two meetings we’ve had the insurance agent for the community to help answer any questions owner have. Shortly, you will receive a notice and special assessment ballot for review. Please take the time to review it thoroughly and return it by the deadline.
