If you notice an emergency in the community—such as an irrigation leak, roof leak, plumbing issue, or other urgent maintenance concern—please report it promptly using the guidelines below:
During Regular Business Hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM): Submit a work order request by contacting communitycare@actionlife.com. Please include as much detail as possible, including the location, type of issue, and any immediate concerns.
After Hours Emergencies: For urgent issues outside of business hours, please call (949) 450-0202. You will be connected with an after-hours on-call service, which will notify the designated manager on duty.
A manager will then contact you directly to confirm receipt of the issue and provide a status update.
Timely reporting helps ensure issues are addressed quickly and helps protect the community from further damage.

Your Board of Directors would like to remind you of some important Association policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all:
Bicycles, Scooters, and Skateboards: Riding motorized or regular bicycles, scooters, and skateboards on community sidewalks or entryways is not permitted as outlined in the Community Handbook. Speed limit is 5mph.
Pets: All pets must be kept on a leash at all times while within the Community. Owners are responsible for promptly picking up after their pets to maintain cleanliness. For more details, please refer to pages 6 and 7 of the Community Handbook under the section titled “Animals.”
