The Annual Fuel Modification Clearance required by the Fire Department

Removal of trees identified as hazardous by the Community Arborist

The 5 Year Sprinkler Certification Inspection mandated by NFPA

Concrete Repairs near 6 Veneto

In addition, there was a change to the Parking Rules to conform with the CC & R requirements. Notification will be sent via mail and email. The rule will be adopted June 30, 2022.

At the June meeting the Board plans to discuss the contracts for Community Painting
