The Board will hold a special budget meeting for the purpose of discussing and approving the 2022 Reserve Study and 2022 Budget. Based on the current data, the projected reserve fund is approximately 56%.

All vehicles parked in the open spaces that are NOT assigned spots, must have a digital permit registered with Patrol One. If you do not have a permit you may contact Patrol One to determine if you qualify to apply for one. If you do not qualify for a permit and park in the open spaces your vehicle is submit to citation and tow.

The Board knows how disappointed many residents were last year, by the absence of holiday lights to decorate the entrance of the community. Therefore, this year they have taken prompt action to get Holiday Lights installed at the entrance of the community.
