The painting of all Community wrought iron painting has begun effective May 17th. All residents with items attached to or within four feet of their fence will need to have these items removed immediately. A copy of the progression map is available under the Documents tab on your Resident Portal. All wrought iron including the wrought iron on any balconies is included. Therefore, any items there must be relocated moved off the fencing as well.

The interior of the property tentative schedule provided is below. A phasing map has been saved on the resident portal for your reference.

• Start Phase 1 –  June 1^st
• Start Phase 2 –  July 1^st
• Start Phase 3 – August 1^st

Painting of all the wrought iron throughout the community is underway. Milano Group is starting at the perimeter and will begin on the interior within three weeks. All residents who have items attached to or within two feet of the fence must have these items removed or trimmed back to facilitate painting. Each resident is required to park at least one (1) vehicle inside their garage. Each resident can get one (1) permit. In order to be eligible you must have three (3) vehicles registered to your property address.

If you do not have three (3) vehicles registered to your property address and you need a permit, you must request a variance.
