Passeggio – Termite Inspection
Earlier this year, many Residents scheduled and completed termite inspections. If you have already completed your homes termite inspection in the year of 2025, please note this is not relevant to you.
We would like to inform you that a second attempt at completing a community-wide termite inspection has been scheduled to begin on June 4th and end on June 5th. Please be aware that these inspections are mandatory, and as such, your presence at home during the time of the inspection is required.

Asphalt Repair Project
Dear Residents,
Please read this notification thoroughly.
As you are all likely aware, we are undertaking an extensive asphalt repair and resurfacing project on the 12th, 26th, and 30th of August. At this point, the major repairs were completed on the 12th and only the slurry coat is pending on the 26th and 30th.
Further, on the 26th of August, half of the community will be inaccessible due to the application of the slurry coat, followed by the remaining half on the 30th. It is imperative that all vehicles, including those in garages, are moved off these areas on the respective dates.
Please refer to the maps sent via paper mail, sent via email blast, posted at the entrance of your Community, and paper mailed to your address on file. These maps provide detailed information on the areas that will be impacted. There will be a patrol vehicle stationed to monitor the Community after the slurry coat is installed. Again, be sure your vehicle does not get trapped in your garage.
We understand that this project may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this time. If you have any questions or require further information, please reach out to our Community Manager, Andrew Burdick, at aburdick@actionlife.com.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Best Regards,
Andrew Burdick
