Current Special Assessment
If you elected to pay the special assessment in installments, the last payment will be July 1, 2024. Due to the cost of insurance there will be anoter ballot for a 2024/2025 assessment that is suspected to be approximately $182.00 monthly.

Your Board of Directors has provided a very in depth communication concerning the upcoming 2024 Budget. Please visit your Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com if you have not received a copy of it.
The Association dues will be $390.00 effective January 1, 2024.

September Board Meeting
The September meeting has been reschedule dto October 3, 2023. The Board will do a preliminary review of the 2024 proposed budget at this meeting.
Parking Reminder
