Residents must first utilize their garage for parking to be eligible for a permit. After eligibilty residents may receive one (1) permit per unit. Please contact Patrol One for more information at patrol-one.com

Any vehicle parked in the open unassigned spaces must have a permit or be on the safe list. To qualify for a permit you must have at least three vehicles and park all vehicles in your garage and/or assigned spot before you can be eligible for a permit. Please contact Patrol One to apply. If you currently have a permit, you must reapply. If you fail to reapply your current permit will be revoked before the end of July.
