At the the June 13, 2024 meeting the new special assessment passed overwhelmingly. A notice and further information will be sent to you via paper mail and/or email shortly. The new special assessment will begin August 1, 2024.
Accurate Termite is currently in progress of a second termite inspection. If you have not yet signed up please do so immediately via https://termite.work/passeggiomaintenance/.
As a reminder, Passeggio is a smoke free Community. Please do not smoke within the boundaries of the Community.
The speed limit for Electric Bikes is 5MPH throughout the Community. Please ensure you are abiding by this rule in an effort to keep all residents safe.
Please ensure you are picking up after your pets and keeping them on leash at all times.
